Homemade Garlic Sauce

Well, let`s face it. The trade of, of having bad breath is nothing compared to the great addition to a lot of dishes. The garlic sauce.

We have seen it everywhere. Almost any restaurant, take away shop, food truck, you name it. it is just a great complementary for a lot of dishes.

Well, here is an easy and quick alternative for a healthy and super delicious homemade garlic sauce.

For 1 portion

100 g Greek yogurt

2 cloves garlic

Salt and fresh parsley on taste.

Calories: 128 / Protein: 4 g / Carbohydrates: 7 g / Fats: 9 g /

1) Chop the garlic and then mash it until it becomes like a paste.

2) Wash the parsley and chop it into tiny pieces.

3) Mix the yogurt with garlic and parsley. Add a pinch of salt and voilà.
